View and print the Requirements for Baptism.

Please complete and submit the online Preparation for Baptism Form.

There is a $50.00 sanctuary event support fee, payable online through the form.

Planning
Baptisms are normally done on:
       Saturdays at 11 am, 2 pm, or 4 pm
       Sundays at 2 pm or 4 pm
